PSEB Class 10th Result 2024 Highlights: The Punjab School Education Board has declared the Punjab Board 10th Result 2024 on April 18, 2024 (today). Aspiring candidates who sat for the Punjab Board Class 10 examination can access their PSEB matric results through the official PSEB website at pseb.ac.in.
Punjab Board Class 10th Result 2024 Live Direct Link pseb.ac.in: The unveiling of the PSEB 10th results will take place during a press conference conducted by board officials. During this event, details such as toppers, pass percentage, gender-wise pass percentage, and other relevant information will be disseminated.
This year’s Class 10 board examination commenced on February 13 and concluded on March 5, 2024. The exams were held across the state at multiple examination centres. The PSEB 10 examination was conducted in a single shift daily, running from 11 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Approximately 3 lakh students appeared for the PSEB 10th board examination in the state.
The Punjab board (PSEB) has rescheduled the Class 10 results to an earlier time, around 1 pm. Previously, the result was set to be announced at 2:30 pm at pseb.ac.in.
Aditi, hailing from Ludhiana, achieves a remarkable feat by securing a perfect score of 100% in the Punjab matric examination.
This year, the overall pass percentage has dropped to 97.24%, marking a decline compared to previous years

Students can access their Class 10 (Matric) results on the PSEB website starting from 10 am onwards tomorrow, April 19th.
Urban regions achieved a pass percentage of 96.60%, with 94,270 out of 97,586 candidates passing the exams. Conversely, rural areas boasted a pass percentage of 97.58%, with 179,078 out of 183,512 students succeeding in the examinations.
Out of 186,908 students from government schools, 181,908 successfully passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 97.32%. Conversely, 72,423 out of 73,896 students from private schools passed, achieving a pass percentage of 98.01%. Aided schools saw 20,294 students appear, with 19,017 passing, resulting in a pass percentage of 93.71%.
In the current academic year, a grand total of 281,098 students sat for the matriculation examinations, with 273,348 successfully passing.
Amritsar has been identified as the top-performing district with a pass percentage of 99.24%, while Fatehgarh Sahib has reported the lowest pass percentage among districts, standing at 94.51%. This discrepancy in pass rates highlights the importance of tailored educational interventions and support to ensure fair academic outcomes for all students across districts.
Girls have once again outperformed boys, maintaining a higher pass percentage. Girls achieved a pass percentage of 98.11%, while boys achieved a slightly lower percentage of 96.47%. This consistent trend highlights the continued dedication and academic excellence demonstrated by female students.
The overall pass percentage for the year 2024 has been recorded at 97.24%, reflecting a slight decline compared to the previous years:
