Gravolite, a sports mat manufacturer, has became the official supplier of wrestling mats for the upcoming World Wrestling Championship for men and women trials U17 and U20 category, scheduled to be held on June 24 in Noida Stadium. Reportedly, these mats have been approved by the Wrestling Federation of India.
From what it’s understood, Gravolite wrestling mats will be used for the men and women’s trails, considering the infrastructural requirements recommended by the Federation, as per international standards, and keeping in mind the safety and well-being of the athletes.
“We are looking forward to being the official supplier of wrestling mats for World Wrestling Championship 2024 trials. With Gravolite wrestling mats, the athletes should get the desired cushion base and floor padding which helps them to maneuver moves without having to sustain injury,” Paras Maheshwari, director, Gravolite, said.
